In the last 20 years or so huge advances have been made in the management of many diabetes related complications. However, the rates of diabetic nephropathy have not changed despite the implementation of several interventions. Despite NICE guidance and QoF targets, the management of this challenging condition remains an enigma.
This meeting brings together internationally renowned leaders in the field of diabetes related renal disease to discuss where we are now, where we want to be, and more importantly, what we have to do to get there.
