Protocol for excreting and study of protein - the precursor of coronary event

Subject recruitment is started for the project joint with the Department of Biochemistry MSU, aimed at identifying in a patient's plasma of potential protein - the precursor of coronary events, which determination enables to assess the patient's prognosis for the next 30 days with high accuracy.

The responsibility for the clinical part of the project lies on the center selected for the study, located in Moscow SCH №4.

Collecting of 100 plasma samples of patients with high risk of coronary events calculated on a scale of SCORE is planned.

Collecting of plasma at hospitalization of the patient, at discharge, 60 days after discharge and 180 days after discharge are planned.

The end of the project is scheduled for May 31.

The study uses standard criteria for inclusion.

The work is carried out jointly with the Department of Biochemistry, Moscow State University.
