На сайте в разделе Клинические Исследования - ИСПОЛИН появилась следующая информация. Для ознакомления и скачивания теперь доступны Протокол исследования, регистрационная карта, информированное согласие. А также список участвующих центров и разрешение РосЗдрава. При необходимости вы можете скачать вышеуказанные документы для подачи в локальные этические комитеты.

Летняя школа по клинической микробиологии и инфекционным заболеваниям в Италии

Глубокоуважаемые коллеги обращаем ваше внимание на новую школу для молодых специалистов в области клинической микробиологии и инфекционных заболеваний, которая пройдет недельным курсом в Тревисо - Италия с 2-9 июля 2011 года.

Ведущие школы профессора Roberto Cauda, Giampiero Carosi, Patrice Nordmann. Основными топиками курса будут - антибиотико-резистентность,антибактериальная терапия, Гепатиты и ВИЧ инфекция, диагностические методики и тактика действий у иммуно-скомпрометированных пациентов.

Данное письмо пишется на бланке вашего этического комитета либо в свободной форме и заверяется печатью и/или подписью секретаря этического комитета. Серия клинических случаев, с вопросами в конце

Глубокоуважаемые коллеги в связи с реализацией программы по развитию клинического опыта и пост-дипломного образования клиническим подразделением Российского научного медицинского общества терапевтов, мы подготовили серию клинических случаев, с вопросами в конце. Молодой специалист лучше других ответивших на предложенные вопросы, получит сертификат клинического подразделения РНМОТ и будет представлен в качестве победителя на сайте, в течении ближайших недель будет выложена серия клинических случаев с которой вы можете ознакомится по ссылке.

Глубокоуважаемые коллеги.

Клиническое подразделение РНМОТ обращает ваше внимание на скорый старт нового проекта, выполняемого совместно с Европейским обществом по внутренним болезням EFIM, в котором Россия будет участвовать в числе прочих стран Европы.

Название проекта Alcohol Consumption among Hospitalised Internal Medicine patients In Europe ALCHIMIE study. Проект инициирован EFIM и целиком ориентирован на молодых специалистов, согласно правилам проекта в качестве со-исследователей могут участвовать только молодые специалисты не достигшие 35 лет.

Стартовал набор пациентов во Всероссийский регистр пациентов с острой декомпенсацией кровообращения ОРАКУЛ-РФ

15 сентября 2010 года стартовал набор пациентов во Всероссийский регистр пациентов с острой декомпенсацией кровообращения ОРАКУЛ-РФ. К исследованию уже подключились 10 городов. В ближайшее время на сайте будет опубликован список центров активно принимающих участие в наборе в исследование, список будет носить рейтинговый характер в зависимости от количества набранных пациентов. Клиническое подразделение РНМОТ по прежнему приглашает к участию в проекте новые центры по всей России, вне зависимости от типа центра - стационар, областной госпиталь, НИИ, университетская клиника, городская больница, поликлиника с возможностью отслеживать судьбу пациента.

European Congress on Heart Failure held  in Berlin is over

June 29 - July 2, 2010

European Congress on Heart Failure held in Berlin on 29 June - 2 July is terminated. Relevant topical questions of new biomarkers of heart failure such as galaktin-3 were reviewed at the Congress. Data of the latest clinical trials in the field of heart failure was presented. Start of new multicenter All-Russian comparative study ISPOLYN is planned (Study of clinical effectiveness of early diagnostics of myocardial infarction using fatty acid binding protein). One of the priorities of modern cardiology is early diagnostics of acute coronary syndrome, and possible early start of treatment. Most of the markers of myocardial damage become active and can be distinguished starting from the 6th hour, which often leads to mistakes and overdiagnosis. Earlier diagnosis verification enables to reduce loss of time at home or at the stage of an ambulance. Troponin test is the gold standard for diagnosis of myocardial infarction all over the world, yet its sensitivity is limited to 6-hour period starting from the progression of pain. Test on fatty acid binding protein enables to verify significantly earlier the diagnosis, in 1-2 hours after the progression of pain syndrome. The planned capacity of the study is 1000 patients. The study results should confirm with the clinical point of view the possibility of using the test on fatty acid binding protein for early diagnosis of myocardial infarction.

Start of the study ORACLE-RF is  postponed.

Start of the study ORACLE-RF is delayed due to necessity of approval of the additional changes to the protocol in by the National committee of ethics, as well as in connection with the fact that the start of the study would be inappropriate in the summer months. Start of the project is appointed on 5 September, 2010. Additional information will be posted on the site.

World Congress of therapists.

From 20 to 25 of March 2010 in Melbourne, Australia, the regular World Congress devoted to issues of internal medicine will be held.

The Congress will be held with the assistance of the World Society of Internal Medicine of the Australian Royal Society of Physicians, the Australian and New Zealand Society of specialists on Internal Medicine.

Finalists of the competition (not more than 6 people) will be paid for participation in the X All-Russian exhibition of scientific and technical creativity of youth.

All the received applications will pass a competitive selection on a level of Clinical Division,  then 6 best works will be selected, which will be given the opportunity to participate in the Conference. And if accepted, they will be paid for their participation.

Protocol for excreting and study of protein - the precursor of coronary event

Subject recruitment is started for the project joint with the Department of Biochemistry MSU, aimed at identifying in a patient's plasma of potential protein - the precursor of coronary events, which determination enables to assess the patient's prognosis for the next 30 days with high accuracy.

Protocol on blood plasma sampling of patients with the acute phase of myocardial infarction for excreting of troponin I.

Collecting of 20 samples of plasma in the acute phase of myocardial infarction is planned for subsequent excreting of troponin I and at discharge of the patient to assess the dynamics.

Termination of the project is scheduled for January 31.

Data bank of blood from patients with chronic heart failure

January 6, 2010

Study Group of the Clinical Division of RSMSP begun work on creating a data bank of blood from patients with CHF for further examination of levels of BNP and NT-proBNP.

Collection of 50 samples is planned over time in hospital and at discharge. Termination of the project is scheduled for January 31. Standard criteria for inclusion are used in the study.

Study Group of the Clinical Division of the RSMSP participated in an observational project of the European Society of Cardiologists (ESC). The aim of the study was study of distribution and methods of treatment of acute coronary syndrome in different regions of Europe in order to develop rational treatment strategies and use of collected amount of epidemiological data in scientific research works.

2-4 December 2009 in Moscow the IV National Congress of Physicians was held successfully. During the congress questions of the influenza pandemic of the XXI century were discussed. Considerable attention was paid to new perspectives of diagnosis and treatment of bronchial asthma, particularly in pregnant women, complications of steroid therapy in this patient group. From the standpoint of the therapist new opportunities in the approaches to treatment of endocarditis were reviewed, and as a consequence, of aortic stenoses in elderly patients; topical issues of antiarrhythmic, antihypertensive therapy and cardiovascular complications in patients with increased cardio-vascular risk. Also issues of nephrology, depressive disorders and current problems of pain syndrome were discussed.
